WOD: Monday 17, October 2011

What a gorgeous Fall weekend we had!  Thanks to all of you who battled it out at the gym for the Saturday WOD’s, those who went over to Indy Shield to do the “Moore” hero WOD with David Moore’s parents and to the group that came out to Lululemon to help support the CrossFit Carmel demo WOD’s.  Let’s start Monday off right!

Warm up: (10 kb halos, 10 push ups, 10 pvc OHS) x3

WOD:  ”Carozza” (30 minute cap)
