What a weekend! Great work done by all athletes! We are so proud of everyone! The results are on the CrossFit Indy North website. I know a lot of folks took some awesome pictures too! I look forward to seeing those on F B!

GLI WOD #1
Complete 2 rounds for time of:
20 dumbbell thrusters (45/30)
20 chest to bar pull-ups( ladies will do pull-ups)
20 burpee box jumps(24/20)
we will have no time cap








On the thrusters – try not to slam the dumbbells into your shoulders. It hurts.

I just wanted to say thanks for all the support. A lot of people gave up their weekend to come out and support the GLI athletes.
