WOD: Monday 15, November 2010

Strength Work – Deadlift – This week is a recovery week for the our strength work. You will use light weight weights for your work sets.

Deadlift – 3×5 Work Sets
1X5 40% (of working weight)
1X5 50% (of working weight)
1X5 60% (of working weight)

wod: 3 rounds for time
25 jumping pull-ups
50 sit-ups
75 air squats

Below are the Hopper workouts from this weekend. The workouts were a blast and as you can see there were a couple of two Hopper athletes this weekend. Talk about hard core!!!
