Skill: Double Unders 20-20-10-5-5
Make sure you work on arm positioning and rope length with your coach. If you are unable to do consecutive double unders then you can work the double unders in with singles. If you are working in singles then 3 single jumps equals 1 double under.

wod: 21-15-9 for time
Deadlifts 135/225
Box jumps 12/20

Note: If the prescribed weight is to heavy then adjust the weight to 60% of our 1RM. An example would be if you one rep maximum for the deadlift is 155lbs then you would use 95lbs for the workout.
