After an eventful weekend of moved classes (due to the marathon on Saturday) and the CrossFit Games Regionals we are back to a regular schedule…so here we go!
Strength: Front Squat 5RM – warm up till you can find a good weight you can perform 5 repetitions of the front squat with. If you are unsure of your form or the weight you should be using please get with your coach.
wod: AMRAP 15 minutes
10 SDHP (45/65)
10 push press (45/65) you must maintain strict form! You arms must be locked out at the finish of the lift and there is no re-bend of your knees after the initial press.
