Skill: Back Press – work on the lockout of the bar and how it feels in this position. Pressing from behind your neck with put you in the proper finish position and help you to recognize what it feels like when you have completed a proper lockout of an overhead lift.
Perform 3 set of 5 reps after a 2 warm-up set without any weights.

Another fun WOD! Is it ok to say I’m glad its Monday?
Oddly enough I am also glad it is Monday. I always look forward to getting back to the gym and today’s workout looks like it is going to be fun. The highest output this morning was 7+ rounds.

Yep, toes to bar… need to learn to kip them together and not pause between each one.
