Warm up:
10 kb clean and jerks
10 jumping air squats
10 sit-ups
Skill:
Box step ups. Weighted.
wod: back squats
3×5 – move up 5-10 lbs from your last squat workout.
Your last set of squats will be a max effort for reps.
