This weekend was fantastic! The weather was great and so was the wods on Saturday! Today we are starting off with one of my favorite workouts…Kelly. It involves all the parts of a CrossFit wod that I like and is long enough to test my fitness!
Make sure you are warmed up with your box jumps and wallballs and don’t forget to breath!
