It’s that time again! We will be doing your CrossFit Baselines today!
Warm up: (Row 250m, 10 air squats, 5 push-ups, 5 pull-ups) x 3
WOD: CrossFit Baseline
500m Row
40 air squats
30 sit ups (butterfly)
20 push ups
10 pull ups
The movements in the baseline will be held to strict form requirements. You coaches will explain the standards before each heat. Have FUN and I look forward to seeing the new PRs!
