Anyone know what a good time for this workout would be?
Depending on your weight I would say around. 10-12 minutes. I would think the fastest will be around 9 minutes.

Props go to Matt today – he was excited to see the rings hanging from the beam and then proceeded to rip off several sets of muscle-ups (getting at least 6 straight at one point), not bad for never having done one before today!
