Skill Row: Row 2000m – focus on getting faster each
500, w/ last 500 “all out”. Don’t let your form get sloppy.
Wod: Front Squat 5 x 3
after warm up, build to your 3-rep max; last 2 sets should
be at or near max efforts.
Post row time and highest 3 rep weight to comments
Tomorrow is the Mini Marathon, if you are downtown, look out for several
CrossFit Carmel members that will be running!

FYI – you can come at 6:30 if that works for you. it will be a small class since a lot of peeps take friday off
If I can get out of the office, run home and change and back by then, I will try. Are the times pretty rigid?

I got 10:11 on the 2000m row and my max front squat was 85lb. I was meeting someone after the workout and I hurried so I think I could have done more weight so I will be at the gym tomorrow shooting for 100+
