It has been a tough week of training, be sure to
watch your hydration and food plan so that you are
helping your body recover.

Skill Row: Row 2000m – focus on getting faster each
500, w/ last 500 “all out”. Don’t let your form get sloppy.

Wod: Front Squat 5 x 3
after warm up, build to your 3-rep max; last 2 sets should
be at or near max efforts.

Post row time and highest 3 rep weight to comments

Tomorrow is the Mini Marathon, if you are downtown, look out for several
CrossFit Carmel members that will be running!
