Skill: Box Squat – 3 sets of 5
then Pistols – 2 sets of 5

Wod(s):
#1 – 3 rounds of
5 weighted/negative Pull Ups
30 second L-Sit hold
Rest 1 minute

rest for 5:00 then

#2 – 4 rounds for time of:
5 Power Clean + Jerk
10 CTB Pull Ups (Chest To Bar)
20 sit ups
