The “kaylen” is beastly! The first time I did this I was only able to complete half, this time I did it all in 19 min! I think is going on the BRAG wall at the gym!!!

Can I count it if I used our 20lb bar for the thrusters and did girl push ups? Gotta start somewhere, right?
yes, definitely… scale it to what you can do. this should not take longer than 20 mins – if it does you need to scale it back more. let me know if you have more questions about this and I’ll shoot you an email
With my modifications I did it in 14:16 minutes.
