Well, this was harder than expected… that should be on a tshirt since it is often echoed around CrossFit gyms! Finished in 16:20 Rx but got killed by the toes to bar. I have yet figured out how to kip those but I will eventually!!!

I am glad! You started of your week with Hansen and I wasn’t sure if you were going to say “screw this” and not come back but you showed up the next day…:-) I was pretty sure you were a CrossFitter at that point!!!
Yeah…..My body hurt that day in spots I never knew existed, but I knew if I just got back in it, I’d be better in the end. I’m pretty sure the words “screw this” together can’t exist to be a Crossfitter!
