Warm up:
30 sit-ups
30 flutter kicks
30 mountain climbers (each leg)
Skill:
muscle ups or
dips and pull-ups
Wod: 3 mile run
2 person teams with each person being responsible to 1.5 miles. The minimum distance it can be divided into is 800m segments.
