It’s Friday so that means Team WOD!

WOD:

Max effort DU’s for 2 minutes

rest 3 min

Max effort burpees

rest 3 min

Max effort plank.  Every 5 seconds is a point

rest 5 min

Final event: 75/55 ground to overhead for 1 min for each athlete.  Every rep is a point!
