Today is PR Friday! There will be no skill session today since you will be working up to your PR weight in a selected movement. Have your coach check your form on whichever movement you decide to try for a PR in. Remember these are 3 rep movements and your form must be good. We will be doing 1 rep PRs in the future when we schedule the CrossFit Total wod!

You can attempt a PR in the squat, clean, push press, or deadlift today. The only caveat is that you cannot attempt the same movement you did last Friday.
