We are having a team wod today! This time we will be doing a team Tabata workout. This will be a little different from a regular Tabata workout in that the time cycles will be 20 seconds of work then 20 seconds of rest (instead of 20/10) for 8 rounds for each tabata. Your partner will be working while you rest! Your will have 1 minutes rest between tabatas and your total time for the workout will be 18 minutes. The scoring will be total reps for all three tabatas. A great way to start off your weekend!!!
wod: Team Tabatas 3 each.
1st Tabata – sit-ups
2nd Tabata – medball slams
3rd Tabata – KB clean and jerks









Total time is 18 min, right? 5:20 / tabata X3 =16 min + 2 min rest
