Time again for a fun team wod so get your running legs on!
Wod: 4 rounds for time
400m run
50 burpees
50 box step-ups 50/35 (sandbags or two KB/dumbells)
Notes: Both athletes must run the 400m and work cannot start till both are done. Burpees and box step-ups can be divided between the athletes any way but both athletes must do at least 1 rep of both movements.
