Push Press
Front Squat
Kipping pullups (how many pullups you can do without releasing from the bar)
You will be able to attempt as many PR’s as you would like with in an hour. Once you reach your final PR attempt you will only have 2 chances at it. Everyone must warm-up properly before beginning your PR attempts and if you form becomes poor the trainers will end your PR attempts for that movement. These are PR attempts with GOOD form! I am looking forward to seeing how everyone has improved!









I’m going to try and make it after the hair appointment. CrossFit ladies do have to maintain good grooming form too.
