We are finally at the end of the week before the big holiday weekend! We will be open for two wods on Memorial Day May 30th. There will be a 9:00am and a 10:00am workout.
We will be closed for the rest of the day after those workouts and we will resume regular hours for the rest of the week on Tuesday.
wod: 6x 400m run (you can sub 500m rows if you need to)
you will run 400m and your rest time between each run will be 3:1. So if you run a 2:00 400m then you will rest 6 minutes and run again. These are max pace runs!
