Hey everyone here we are at another Friday and a team wod is in line for today. We are going back to one of favorite baselines with a twist!
Teams of 2 athletes. Everyone will be at a station and it will be for five rounds. Only one person can be working at a time. All five rounds will be unbroken since there will be rest while the partner works.

Note: An example would be 1 athlete is at the wall ball station and the other is at the SDHP station. When the wod starts the 1st athlete will complete his 1 minute of work then the second person will start his work while the first person moves to station 3 and so on. There is no rest after the row as each individual athlete will rest while the other one is working.
