wod: “Thrusting Cindy”
50 Heavy Thrusters 115/85
1st time you drop the bar it’s 1 round of Cindy. 2nd time you drop the bar it’s 2 rounds and so on. So try to do as many reps as possible without setting the bar down!
A round of “Cindy” is:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats

Do you do your cindy rounds after you complete all 50 thrusters or do you do a round every time you drop the bar?
Thrusting Cindy hurts my legs and my soul!

kyle – You do NOT do any rounds of Cindy once the 50 are complete, only for the times you drop the bar before you reach 50.
Dan – Great job! that is a stellar time & doin it in 4 sets takes some serious strength.
The morning crew toughed this one out, Adam finished under 10 minutes as he was able to do it in only 3 sets!
Thanks Scott! That was super intense and awesome
Nice job! I was wondering what the times would be for this. I guess now I have a goal to shoot for!
wow. this one looks fun. we are going out of town for the weekend tonite so we aren’t going to be able to enjoy it.
FYI – If you are unsure if you can do the weight, it’s ok to try a few rounds and then drop down, but beware – you will fatigue as the rounds of cindy pile up. We also had a few people over 30 minutes as they chose to tough out the heavy weight rather than go light and fast. One person ended up doing 15 rounds of cindy (50 pull ups, 150 push ups, 225 squats) along w/ their 50 thrusters… that’s a lot of reps!
Boy am I glad I haven’t “graduated” from onramp yet! I had a tough enough time with just the bar last night!
Same Here Jen I have one more On Ramp Class And I did the baby bar last night
