Warm up: (400M run, 10 squats, 5 HRPU) x2

Skill:  Headstand Touch- And-Go 3×5

WOD:  On-The-Minute Burpees

One Burpee on minute one, two on minute two…this will continue for as long as the athlete can do the prescribed amount of Burpees within the minute.
