This workout progresses just like the song! On the first day of Christmas my true love gave to me:
1 200m run
2 HSPU’s
3 deadlifts 225/155#
4 clapping pushups
5 ring dips
6 KB swings (70/50)
7 toes to bar
8 kettlebell or dumbbell press (40/25)
9 burpee broad jumps
10 du
11 squats
12 chest to bar pull ups








Next year I’m giving my true love a list.
Can I sneak in at 430 pm?!?!? I just found out I have plans tonight but really want to do this WOD first.
I just switched to the 5:30 class so there is an open spot at 4:30.
