What should us 5:30a boot camp folks follow for a WOD? This? Can I stop in and borrow the box?
I do have the plans on how to build the boxes and I can pass them along to you…:-)

You can actually make a wallball out of an old basketball. Cut a slit in the ball and then put in sand (as much as needed) and then tape it completely up with duct tape. Poof! Wallball!
That’s a great idea for a wallball. You should see some of the stuff I have used. One involved bricks:) I’m stupid!
Maybe we should have a class on making medballs! It would take about an hour.
