Warm Up: 2×10 of Wall Balls + 1-arm Ring Rows
Skill: Thruster 3×5 Work your way up to weight you will use for the wod
Wod: 5 rounds for time of:
5 Squat clean + Thruster (135/95)
10 Chest to bar Pull ups
(squat clean to thruster should be unbroken as opposed to a squat clean & press)









Am I reading that right?? The ladies weight is 35lbs? Should that be 65 or 95? Our girls are strong. I don’t want to insult their strength with 35lbs:)
thanks for catching that kevin; surprised no one said something sooner… It’s been corrected and you can rest assured the ladies will be pushed just as hard to get this done Rx’d today. Michelle was able to do it this morning with a great effort and solid clean technique (not to mention she did 50 pull ups)

My hands, triceps, shoulders, & glutes hurt It feels so good
