We are going to work on some Olympic lifting and some squats today. It will be a relief after the workout yesterday!
Olympic Lifting: the clean for 8 singles – you will find a weight that you can perform a single rep with using good form and that will be what you use for the 8 single reps.
Strenght: Squats 3×5
Warm up to your working weight and then you will perform 3 sets for 5 reps. As with the Olympic lifting you need to find a weight that is heavy but that you are still able to perform the full movement with and have good form.










Tim’s squat looks good. His knees are point out over his toes which are flared. Nice
It is a pretty good squat for a cyclist…:-)
