Welcome back to Team WOD Friday! For those of you who paid attention to the games, this one may look vaguely familiar. Similar to last week, you will work in teams of two, but this time there is a twist.
WOD: Team Triplet
1000m Row – Partner must hold 215/145 in the front rack position
75 Burpees – Partner must hold 135/95 in the overhead position
75 Thrusters (96/65) – Partner must hold chin above the bar
Partners may switch during each exercise but repetitions will only count while the other partner is holding the required position. Each pair of athletes must complete all the repetitions before moving to the next exercise.

Is this workout ok to do after yesterday’s??? I feel like it’s a lot of shoulder/trap work and I fear overtraining!
Is it OK? Yes. Recommended? Sure. A lot of work? Definitely. The one workout that will lead to overtraining? Nah. Fun? Buckets!
It was indeed WORK, and it felt good! Too bad he who wrote this WOD couldn’t be there to see re labors of his fruit!

Why did you feel the need to increase the workload?
At the games it was 750M Row, 50 burpees, 50 thrusters?
