That was a killer WOD. Now for WOD # 2……2 rounds of carry overflowing laundry basket up the stairs while trying not to trip over the dog and die and put clothes away.
3-2-1-GO!
I propose we run a mile for time every day before the WOD, so we can all get faster
…or maybe just once a week..
Can you post the results from Friday? I can’t remember if I got 7 or 8 rounds?? thanks.
