I have the FF but would like to try one of the minimus or Inov8 shoes! Looking forward to the comments. If you know of a good price add that to your comments…
Inov8 will be coming out with a crossfit specific shoe in a couple months. Crossfit XF 210….Google it!
I have INOV8 I remember when I was the only person that had them in the gym I love them especially on nights with box jumps or pull ups The soles help grip the floor on weight lifting wods
I’m waiting for the Inov8 Bare X Fit 150 to be released.
That is cool. I know that Reebok has a XFit specific shoe coming out so it will be good to have competition.
I have Five Fingers and Inov8 shoes. I love the Inov8 pair! The soles are grippy (is that a word?) and the shoe is so light weight.
I like my vibrams. I have flat feet and over-pronate They are the only pair of non motion control shoes that don’t give me trouble.
Also, can we work this into a WOD? http://tinyurl.com/42jjc5m
I just got Innov8s, and although I like them I’ve gotta be honest I like my new Sauconys better. They’re lighter and more flexible. I would love to get a pair of FF too though!
I’m with Caitlin. I’ve had Inov-8 230 and 195, and I like the 195 better. But the Saucony Kinvara is awesome if the WOD includes running. Otherwise I like the flat/light aspect of the Inov-8 for stuff in the gym.
Dealchicken Jim! I have never heard of it!
My favorite shoes have wood in them… you should get some of these if you are serious about CF and/or weight-lifting. They really do make a big difference in stability and placement of foot/shin/leg/hips when lifting.

Tom – Thise are the Sauconys that I have too! Theyre amazing!
I think I should chime in now- gotta give a shout out to the minimus. I, LOVE, THEM. They are flat and cushy, they are light, they are supportive on the sides so the you feet don’t slide, they grip nicely and they come in pretty colors:). That is besides the point though. They come in 3 types, a crosstrainer, running shoe and trail runner. They are durable and well made! That being said I have only owned a pair for 2 weeks, stay tuned. So far, very good.
