Very Fun looking Friday night workout!!

  • Does sound like a lot of fun if I could move after yesterday. Busted my ass and still got beat by a whole slew of people…:-)

Don’t you guys know the grey hairs are supposed to win once in a while. Geez.

  • Rick

how about letting the follicle challenge win every once in a while :) The WOD scares me slow on burpees not sure about the height

  • Alex

Bob and I are petitioning for a weight and age handicap so we more appropriately measure performance (smile) – we’re calling it the over 40/over 200lb club!

  • I agree with Alex. We get our own board of in the corner. Just us.

  • as an FYI, you’re gonna want to practice the timing of the toss with your teammate before starting the wod. Annie & Eve, aka “Dodgeballs” had 2 close calls where they did their wall ball before their partner was done w/ the burpee and had to jump over to catch it before it beaned the partner. To quote a wise manager, “we don’t want anyone’s capa de-tated”.

very close calls! Thanks Scott for such a great WOD! Eve and I had so much fun

    • Eve (not the dodger)

Yes, due to my cat-like reflexes, there is still a chance Annie will be my partner for something again. I’m glad she’s nice enough to still say it was fun. Scott, you need to get faster with your phone, that should have been video taped.

      • Annie Hamilton (the dodger)

Eve I will happy be your partner next time. I am honestly shocked that it was you and not me!

  • Bob

The “dodgeball” incident this morning was a highlight (no one got hurt). Alex, thanks for posting our recommendation. I have been trying to calculate a multiplier all day today. Oops, I should be working.

  • Derek

Who else went solo. If not for scott’s bad math I would have beaten the “dodgeballers”. Shenanigans.
