wod: CrossFit Total!
Today we will be doing the CrossFit Total. For most of you this will be your first attempt at completing the three moves involved in CrossFit Total. You will attempt to complete the press, squat, and deadlift for a total weight which will be your CrossFit Total.

I was the only girl here that did this workout! I got 380 lbs for my total! Next day my body was very mad at me but I did the workout at the Open House and felt great! I never would have been able to workout back to back a few months ago. I believe I might just be getting CrossFIT!
