Skill: Pistols 5×5 – work on keeping your balance and exploding out of the bottom of the movement. If you need to modify the skill then either place a 25lb bumper plate under your heel or try holding onto a bar to keep your balance. If you are holding onto a bar to help with balance make sure you are not leaning back and using the bar as a tool to help you get up and down.
