WOD: Friday 15, July 2011

Finally we are to the end of the week! It has been a tough week and we could use some good old jump rope work so guess what. DOUBLE UNDERS!

Warm up: x3
10 PVC pass throughs
10 sit-ups

Skill: Overhead squats
3 rounds of 10 OHS with either a pvc pipe of bare bar. These are strict form movements.

Wod: Flight Simulator
5 dbl unders
10 dbl unders
15 dbl unders
20 dbl unders
25 dbl unders
30 dbl unders
35 dbl unders
40 dbl unders
45 dbl unders
50 dbl unders
and then back down to 5 to finish! There is a 25 minute time cap on the double under workout. The modification is 3 to 1.
