I hope everyone enjoyed the workout on Thursday and your bones have recovered…because today we are going to do the Tower of Power for the push press!

skill: work on shoulder mobility today. Make sure you are warmed up and stretched out before the wod.

Max reps of push press in one minute at 65/95#

Max reps of push press in one minute at 95/115#

Max reps of push press in one minute at 115/135#

Scoring: 1 pt for each 65/95# push press. 3 pts for each 95/115# push press. 7 pts for each 115/135# push press
