WOD: Friday 14, October 2011

It was great to have the gym packed last night for the 2K row!  Don’t forget to sign up for the Rowing Workshop conducted by Caitlin on October 29th from 9 to 12n.  This rowing workshop will be held at Indy Shield, the CrossFit gym at the Police Academy!  There are only 20 spots available so make sure to sign up ASAP!

Warm up: Shoulder mobility work of your choice

Strength: Max OHS reps with 135/95

Death by Handstand Push-ups

1 st minute 1 rep, 2nd minute, 2 reps, and so on until failure.
