PR Friday – Deadlift/Push Press/Clean and Jerk
Pick 1 of the about movements and attempt a PR. You must follow the warmup of 3-3-2-2 before attempting a personal record. Be sure to record you record!!!
You are allowed two failed attempts at a new PR before you are done. Form is of utmost importance and if a coach feels you are using poor form then you will not be allowed continued attempts at that weight. Your safety is the most important consideration!
