PR Friday is here! This will be our last PR Friday for two weeks so if you are looking to get a PR in and can’t wait for a couple of weeks then come on in and get it done today!
You can attempt a PR in the clean, deadlift, squat, or push press. Make sure you are on time and give yourself plenty of time to warm up and work on some mobility. Remember each PR attempt must be good form, a full range of movement, and three reps. If you are wondering how things have been going over the last couple of weeks take a look on the records board, there are some new names up there!
Thursday’s Team wod was great and produced a lot of sweat and a lot of fun! Everyone did excellent and put out a great effort! Here is a pic of the 6:30 crew and as you can see there is enough energy left for a few smiles!
