WOD: Friday 13, May 2010

Just for BJ we will not be having double unders today… but we will be enjoying some bar facing burpees!

Team WOD!
wod: 1 total score is pounds lifted. One athlete will be doing handstand holds while the other athlete is doing deadlifts. One caveat…the second athlete can only do deadlifts while the first athlete is actually in a handstand. This is the same for all four rounds. Each athlete will perform two rounds of handstand holds and two rounds of deadlifts. You can use two seperate bars for each team member.
4 rounds 2 minutes each with 1 minute rest between rounds
hand stand holds (modify this as needed)
deadlift (whatever weight you think will get you the most pounds lifted…most likely a smaller weight with more reps will be best)

wod: 2 total score is reps done
2 rounds 4 minutes each with a 1 minute rest between rounds
bar facing burpees (use your deadlift bar)
air squats

Total overall score is lbs lifted divided by 5 (round up)+ reps of wod 2!
