So it’s winter after all!  With winter comes crazy weather and crazy road conditions.  We will notify you on the website and FB if we cancel a class because of the weather.

Upside down KB Press 10×3 (with the left and right arm, 1 arm at a time)

As a note: No GLI athletes should be working out today.

    GLI’ers… Will, Derek, and I will be leaving the gym at 4:30 to head up to CFIN to register. We have room for 1-2 more if you want to ride with us.
