Baselines: Each athlete will be completing the CrossFit Carmel Baseline at the beginning of the class.
The following is our baseline:
500m row
40 air squats
30 sit-ups
20 push-ups
10 pull-ups
wod: 3 rep max for the deadlift. The coaches will be paying strict attention to deadlift form (rounded back) and if there is a concern about form the coaches will let you know.









3:59 on baseline
Went a bit lighter on the deadlifts so I could focus on form.
355 # for set of 3.
Good time for the baseline! Also nice weights on the lift and I am glad you went with form over pure weight!
