wod: Team AMRAP 12 Minutes
10 medball cleans
As many release push-ups as possible (chest-to-ground and you lift your hands up at the bottom)
One person does 10 Med Ball Cleans, the other does as many push-ups (chest to ground and lift the hands) as possible while they do the med-ball cleans. Once the med ball cleans are completed, they switch, the other partner starts where the pushups left off, and the total score is calculated by # of pushups completed by the team.
