Here is a great way to either end the week or start the weekend, however you look at it!
Warm Up: ( 400M run, 10 ring pull ups, 10 PVC OHS, 5 PVC Pass throughs)x2
Skill: Iron Cross
WOD: Tabata Bottom-to-Bottom, 1 mile run
-squats start at the bottom and are counted upon standing. Rest is OFF of the legs.
