WOD: Friday 11, March 2011

This week has been a lot of hard work and especially taxing on your body with Fran being on Wednesday. Today we are going with a bodyweight workout to give your body a decent rest. Don’t get me wrong, the workout will be tough but we will only be using your bodyweight for the movements. Have fun!

    Good thing for me we’re doing body weight…being out of the gym for almost two weeks and coming off a wedding that went through 8 kegs has set my health back little bit :) Can’t wait to see everyone!
