thank you all but the old body needs a rest tonight I need to get some endurance work in I have a 5K run on Sept 25 and a 10 miler on 9/26 I hope to do them under 40 minutes and 75 minutes

At my parents house this weekend and dad is a Marathon runner. Today we did 5 miles 1 minute Running 1 minute Walking. Running pace was 6:20.
