Great day at the gym and a great finish with Yoga! If you haven’t tried the Thursday night yoga class you are really missing something. It was the perfect finish for todays wod! The day doesn’t get much better!
Strength: OHS 3X5 (this should be done at 80% of 1RM, or if 1RM is not known then as heavy as you can handle for 15 total reps)
wod: 150 Double Unders for time!
