21 Back Squats (225/135)
800m Run
15 Back Squats
800m Run
9 Back Squats
800m Run
Modify the squat weight as necessary, but try to stay above 75-80% of your 1RM; however, don’t go too low and breeze through them. Find a tough weight that you can do, but will probably have to break into smaller sets.
