The Baseline was a blast! I was amazed at everyone’s times and how many people RX’d the workout for the first time. Crazy good job everyone!
warm up: Burgener Warm up x 2
skill: Deadhang Pull-ups (even with the band) for a total of 20.
wod: Bear Complex
4 rounds (starting weights 45/65) Increase your weights after each set.
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press (front)
Back Squat
Push Press (back)
A round is 7 cycles through the Bear Complex without the bar touching the ground with the exception of a touch and go for the power clean. If the bar touches the ground then you must do 5 burpees at the end of that particular round. This is a strength workout and the clock is NOT involved with the exception of a 40 minute time limit.
