What’s Your Excuse?

I attended a CrossFit Football certification at CrossFit Freedom and met a guy named Dave who changed my perspective a little. There are those days that you just seem to bitch about everything that has to do with working out.

Wrong socks, late for class, ate wrong or whatever it may be. My perspective changed after doing a few wods with Dave and getting to experience his outlook and attitude. Watch the video below and see if you have an excuse anymore.
